| JZL is a private owned company specializing in making the ADI parts as well as gray iron and malleable iron parts.
Covering 17,000 sqm plant areas, including 8,460 sqm constructing areas, JZL have 140 employees including 13 engineers and 5 designers. Our main equipment consists of 4 MF induction furnace, 4 precoated sand loop lines, 3 hot core shooting machines, 1 resin sand loop line, 1 heat treat line and 4 auto-temp-controlled heat treat kilns, with which we can reach annual capacity of 10,000 to 12,000 ton. Our main Products are wedges, shift fork, anchor, arm & channel, side bearing cage, all of those parts are high wear resistance. To assure stable product quality, we have set 7 labs, spectrometer lab mechanical property lab, heat treat lab, etc. equipped with over 30 sets inspect instruments, such as impact tester, Italian F120 spectrometer, CSS88300 universal tester and so on. Therefore, we can completely have the process under control from incoming raw materials to finish parts ex-work and this will strongly assure product quality.
Our parts have been exporting to US, German, Italy, Russia, Korea and also cooperated with SCT for over 5 years with stable quality and good deliveries.
